The Astir Palace is a nice hotel,very clean and has a nice pool,apart from you are charged for the sun beds around the pool,The air con is 16 euros a week exta and so is the fridge unless you pick the lock!! Just returned from 2 weeks at the astir palace hotel. very impressed as soon as walked in reception. clean and friendly reception. our room was side sea view and was perfect, not overlooked by any other balcony. rooms are cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every day also. maids were very good, if put do not disturb on door... more

Positives: The rooms are clean. The shower was very good. The staff were freindly and helpful. It has a good location being in the main resort, but not in a noisy area and has the beach at the front and shops/tavernas at the back (and along the beach). The Greeks are friendly.
