I did lots of research before booking. Booked new Pandanus villa's (new xmas 08). Told would overlook grass for tents, when we got there grass was a building site as adding more villa's. Recently stayed for 10 nights and thought the price was excessive for a caravan park, even though we were in a "deluxe lagoon villa". Fantastic place to stay. Stayed in Large Villa - big enough to accomodate 2 families of 4. 4 kids aged 3 to 8 had a lounge area to themselves whilst adults had a seperate area.
