Stayed here on a weekend away with the husband, while he was on a business trip. The apartment appeared clean, however, upon vacuuming when we left noticed that there was quite a bit stuff that hadn't been cleaned up previously. The biggest issue with this place (which was thankfully quite empty) was the plumbing. It was very disturbing the noises... More

Accommodation OK, bed not very comfortable, and sagging to one side, object to having to empty my own trash can, frying pan and cups dirty, these are serviced apartments OK? Stay could have been made more welcoming, for the price you pay it would not be asking too much for few provisions, like a 500ml milk (instead of small tetra... More

Staid here two nights between moving house and wanted to be somewhere near where the children lived. Close to lots of nifty little restaurants, very clean, good kitchenette and great value as we booked a special on wotif. This would be great accommodation for people with children an Bond Uni or business in the area as you don't have all... More

The apartments are squeaky clean and spacious. The location at Varsity Lakes is in close proximity to a family member's residence and close to bus stops at Bond Uni & Varsity... More

New place but we got stung with a $50.00 'early check-in' fee (despite the place being very empty) and they tried a $10.00 fee per extra towel - we went out and bought our own towels! Small pool easily taken over by smoking/drinking crowd and no staff around to enforce their rules. There are a lot of apartments on the... More

My partner & I stayed at the Chancellor Apartment for a week for the New Year celebrations. We loved the apartment it's so clean & spacious. Customer service was in a good standard. Its about 10 mins drive from Broadbeach. Its in a quiet area in Robina but we loved the location. Would love to come back soon!
