The room is horrible. The staff is highly disorganised. Service is horrible. AC in the room doesn't work. Drinks are extremly expensive. We spent a week at this 100 room, four storey hotel situated outside Torri del Beneco on Lake Garda. Rooms on the upper floors have great views over the lake and mountains.
