When the coach dropped us off we did wonder just were we had arrived. On seeing the hotel we realised that everything id read on the reviews about Gus, Vicky and the hotel was correct. It was a holiday like no other, you felt like you were staying with friends. I normally like to go to the beach as I... more

This is a lovely hotel in Kalamaki. It is about a 5 minute walk from the centre of Kalamaki and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is nice and quiet and the surroundings are lovely. The rooms are basic but most importantly are spotless and essentially have everything you need. It is an extra 25 Euros for... more

Quiet, small and friendly just outside of Kalamaki. Our hosts Vicky and Gus were superb as nothing was too much trouble for them. Forget about travel reps. just ask Gus. The pool was lovely and relaxing with a poolside bar providing drinks and delicious snacks and salads. The rooms are pretty, comfortable, clean and well placed around the pool. Breakfast... more

Lovely hotel in a great location, when we got off the bus the rep said to us you'll do a lot of walking and although its not in the centre the location isnt bad, we manged to find some short cuts into the centre so we were happy. The room was basic Greek accommodation but nicer than some Ive stayed... more

Stayed at the Daniel in jun, found it to be one of the nicest hotels we have been to, Vicky and Gus treat you as though you are part of the family and I can well understand why so many people return, year after year, it is a reasonable walk to the beach, but their pool is great, with adequate... more

We stayed at the Daniel this June and loved every minute. Vicky and Gus were just the best hosts possible. The hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten track, ideal for anyone wanting an away from it all holiday, without being to far from the main area, shops etc of Kalamaki. The rooms were clean and bright. My... more

We stayed at the Daniel hotel this summer. The hotel is basic as expected for 2*, but the whole place is spotless and there is lots of room around the hotel and pool so you never feel crowded. Gus and Vicky are great and make everyone welcome, (even my sister and family staying at another hotel were made to feel... more

The Daniel Hotel was just lovely. The whole of the hotel (room, breakfast /reception area, pool and bar) was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a peaceful setting and is the perfect place to unwind. The hotel is close to the airport, but dont be put off by the thought of the noise of the planes taking off and landing... more

Lovely hotel the couple that run it can't do enough for you. Our room was imaculate, very clean and comfortable. Aircon was €25 for the week which was very reasonable and you definately needed it. The pool area was very clean and the pool was quite large considering the size of the hotel, loads of sunbed as well! The pool... more
