this hotel is a pleasure to stay at.its run by a greek family.not too big. fantastic breakfast.clean rooms.not too far from the beach and resturants.it is mainly English that stay here.warm and friendly welcome from owners staff and handyman.they all speak great English and will help you as much as possible.they also speak very good greek.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, amazing staff and what most important - quiet, no loud people or main streets around, so could enjoy peaceful holidays :) Had a swimming pool, great traditional food menu and for a good price. Visited it with my partner. Definitely suggest this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at roseland. First time to zante and kalamaki. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Pool area always kept tidy and always had a bed when needed. Bar/reception area spotless and staff very helpful. Will be booking again for next year.

We just spent two fabulous weeks in the Roseland, even when it rained the first week it didnt spoil our holiday. We met some great people and they all thought it was excellent, the staff and the food ,the pool, and bar, lovely clean rooms, coudn't fault it, we'll certainly be going back, thanks Katerina and all the team
