Weekend spent at Bowentown Holiday Park with hubbi and two littlies. The campsite was excellently run and immaculately clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped as are the bathrooms/shower rooms. Stayed here on our motorhome trip around the North Island of NZ. It was winter and we were one of 2 sets of people staying at the park. Right on the beach, great facilities, and the hosts were just lovely. Walk up the hill at the back of the park for great views in all directions

We had a great time at Bowentown camping. The amenities were very clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and helpful. 3rd visit to this beautiful campsite tucked away between hills and the beach. Facilities are excellent and the management/ owners are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent venue for families with young children or keen fishermen and water sport fanatics. Highly recommended for a short, or longer, stay.
