Dinastia is by far the best complex I have ever stayed on. It is a gated complex which makes it feel very secure and there is a security guard on duty during the night. Stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of June. Location is partway up a slope known locally as cardiac hill. It's about 10 minutes to the seafront, a bit longer coming up! We had 2 stays at Dinastia during 2008, the first just my wife and I, the second with our 2 children,aged 16 and 8. We had 2 different apartments and both were excellent. Dinastia apartments are close to los Diamantes Apts and Beverly Hills up a steep hill. They are classed as residential, although many of the apartments are let out by owners - We found ours on owners direct and booked a 2 bedroomed apt on the 3rd floor in block 'C'.
