First word or warning, if you are guarenteed a pool view,ensure you get it when you arrive. We had to complain as we had been very thorough in our booking process and arrived to a lovely 1 bed appartment but with no pool view. This hotel is nice enough, however, once you go into a standard, pool view room, they are very shabby and therefore cannot understand the 4* rating. We upgraded our room to a duplex suite which was very good, cost of £300 for 8 days, so would recommend that you either book an upgrade in advance or budget for the upgrade... more
