Santo Tomas is a small resort in the south of Minorca. It is quiet but has a few shops and restaurants. There is also tennis courts, crazy golf and quite a few children's playgrounds. Have stayed here several times (last time in 2003). The location is excellent (direct access onto beach), there are very friendly english speaking staff & a nice kids club.
