This hotel is old hotel, with very standard interior. The bathroom is spacious and also the room spacious enough for two. “Good food. Ok stay. Does the job”

Heading into Nepal stopped for a night from Darjeeling. Damp. Old property changed into hotel. Bar was empty but restaurant as nice. Good food... by the pool and garden. Nice dinner and piping hot food. Nice location if you're planning to Nepal the next morning or just back from it.

“Disappointing”

The hotel has become very old.it was under renovation so too much disturbance.the toilet seats were broken.the blankets and pillows all very old and not upto the standard.the breakfast very average and cold.on the whole it was very ok.not what expected.

“Good rooms”

Service was good and can be improved further. The quality of the food and its presentation was good at a smaller location like Siliguri. Over all it was nice to spent a night at that place. The furnishings and the cleanliness in the hotel room was also luxurious and happenings.

“Needs repair”

Location is in the outskirts. Rooms have air conditioners (old style), hot water, safe, mini bar etc. The bathroom had molds, the ceiling was cracked, walls had plaster falling off, the ceiling fan was taped. For a premium priced hotel a lot better is expected.

sinclairs has maintained the mix of modern and old ambience which is nowdays rare to see.I liked my stay there though i felt that the hotel would be better off with some maintenance work done on it. The suites were good and spacious to stay in though can be better.The food was decent and the services were good.
