I stay at the Mercure about 3 times a month and having read the bad review below I wish to offer some more substance than just complaining over a missed booking. Trough a overbooking of Ibis we got this hotel for 1 night. Bad reception, rude woman on the desk did not believe the price we paid, she phoned then to Ibis for confirmation, then she finally believed us. Unclean in the hallway to the room all stains on the carpet. Unclean and very oldfashioned bathroom, not worth 4****! We complained... more
