This is my 4th time to pondy and 1st time at Promenade.The hotel staff are very friendly.If at all there was any problem they would attend to it in a jiffy....definetly felt very pampered....very nice hotel....the best location....centrally located to evrything....a must stay...and the presidential suite is worth a mention ....the deluxe rooms are pretty good too....!!!!i would recomend it... more

Right on the Pondicherry promenade! Awesome during weekends when there is so much happening on the promenade. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Love the buffet - breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a chic, modern, boutique-style hotel, and we had a fantastic stay here. We paid the published rack rate, which is not a bad deal. There seemed to be a couple of hotels in this class in Pondicherry (including the sister hotel of this one) and I think probably all would be fine.
