Friends told us about the Pomra Hotel and after a long day jeep hopping our way to Gangtok, the welcome we received by the two male staff here was worth it. “Pomra is the BEST”

After spending a good 2 months in Sikkim, and several weeks in the city of Gangtok, I have to say that Hotel Pomra is the absolutely best accommodation, hotel-wise, available. MANY things contribute to this. For one, it is in a beautiful location--high up near the top of the city, on a quiet street with an incredible view cascading downwards... More
