I stayed for 3 nights the last winter. I think by far this would be the best property in Gangtok. An erstwhile royal guest house of the Sikkim King, where guests of the royal family used to stay during their visits. This is a colonial era hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. The rooms have a sitting room area where you can have your afternoon tea. The rooms are nicely decorated in Sikkimese style.
