After a disappointing night at another property in Gangtok, thanks to a serendipitous event I stumbled on this little jewel.

Cherry Guest House is more of an inn or B&B, so don't let the name fool you. It is a ten-unit family-run property with many family members on the grounds. The design is a combination of European and Sikkimese. The management will go out of their way to take care of your dietary needs and arrange local tours and transportation.

There are beautiful views of the city and mountains from the property and its grounds are well maintained and very clean.

There is cable TV in the rooms. The beds are comfortable and there is enough ample space in the room. The bathrooms are made of marble and clean.
