Reasonable tariff,Helpful staff & safe place to stay.Wonderful view of snow capped mountain from the room in the morning.The manager was very helpful in getting the sightseeing arranged in and outside Gangtok. You will be getting excellent service round the clock, complimentary newspaper, free newspaper, cable television, valet, bar and travel desk.

the hotel staff was very friendly....... the hotel has a fine location with all the requirements write at you door step... the food was particularaly very good and above all it has a lovely view of kanchanjanga mountain from ita room itself which leaves you mesmerized each day when you wake up in the morning...... The Hotel Niravana is one of the best hotel in gangtok. It was really Nice to stay there. I Enjoyed a lot in Gangtok and I enjoyed the sight seeing from the hotel it self. Good Hotel, Co-operative staff, Nice rooms. Overall good experience.
