Hotel is clean and new, with a simple european box like design. Nice free traditional Brazilian breakfast with good coffee, fruit, pao de quiejo, cheese and meats. The staff are very helpful, and today gave a wonderful suggestion for a place to eat in town. Had a problem with the free internet, and the person from the front desk promply came and helped me change the settings.
Hotel feels a little bit isolated, as it is on a road leadng out of town, but a 5 minute cab ride will find you in the center of Franca.
