Meridien Beach studios - the rooms are very nice, clean. Yes there was single sheets on the bed to use on a double bed, but it was refreshing to have a sheet for yourself to cover yourself overnight. The Meridien is in a good central place and was wheelchair friendly, we had the third floor but that was ok because they have lifts and if you need to access the pool or the supermarket it is easily done via wheelchair. The rest of the reviews are right in saying that the location of this hotel is superb. However, we didn't see much of the friendly service. Firstly, airconditioning is an extra 45 euro per week, which is something we didn't realise and thought was a bit on the pricey side. Then, the standard of the clean we got was terrible.... more
