Stayed here last year, Studios are basis but clean. Pool area is clean and tidy, it's one of the few pools I have ever went into but I enjoyed it. Hotel is located on a fairly steep hill, but very central to the resort. Plenty of shops and cafes in vicinity of hotel. Some of the apartments do not have... more

Yes hotel is geared towards East Europeans. This is not to criticise these people but I feel the food is well below par. Nothing is labelled, little choice for every meal and dinner is simple, nothing special. Some staff standing arms folded watching Poles clear their own tables! Empty food in a trolley bin while 1 waitress was overworked. The... more

Eastern Europeans rule this hotel. They party untill 3am. Play vollyball in the pool at 4am. Every the afternoon their Reps will remove life saving rings from the pools & tie them to the pool vollyball net so as they can be used for water polo matches (so drown in the morning if you must). A lot of Argassi has... more

What can we say?Definitely the worst holiday we have had ever. What a complete waste of money that we worked bleedin hard for. Am very angry but on the upside, we are glad we are home!!This hotel should NOT be available to the English as they only cater for Pols who by the way, are complete animals! We arrived on... more

The Captain's Commodore complex leaves a lot to be desired. We had to ask for a change of room as the first one was filthy and overrun with ants even in the beds. The staff were the most unfriendly bunch we have ever come across, the only decent guy was the English barman and even he was saving for a... more

DON'T GO THERE. We arrived late at night and was allocated room 308. So after dragging our cases up the numerous steps to the reception we then had to haul them down to the basement to our dungeon. It was damp, smelly, decaying, dirty and full of mosquitos. The fridge didn't work. The manager was very unhelpful. Our rep finally... more

we decided to go back to this hotel for the fifth time, after previous happy holidays. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ENGLISH!!!! It now caters for eastern european all inclusive holidaymakers. Everything is written in polish. They don't tell you this before you go.We were in the minority over there. The entertainment is aimed at polish people, and... more

Booked via Globe Travel and Medhotels.com, We were given a dungeon of a room facing a whiteish wall about three feet away over an unkempt grass with assorted rubbish lying. The room was not that of a hotel refurbished in 2005 to a modern standard but that which had poor decor trashed and worn cheep furnishings and damp smelling, but... more
