I absolutely love, love this place its like going home from home. When I went in October it was my first holiday by myself and I had already been here 3 times before absolutely love it. Marcos and Stathis are amazing they remembers me even when I hadn't been there for 5 years it was amazing. Staff were lovely friendly and helpful made some amazing friends and cannot wait to be back in May for my 5th visit.

We visited Diana Palace on the last week before it shut for the end of the season and overall had a good experience! The customer service in all areas was top quality with the two guys working the pool bar the pick of the bunch, great guys with immense character, this included remembering drinks and remembering your name etc. The room we had was very very good. Very modern, amazing rain shower and looked fabulous! The food and drink on the all inclusive i would say was of a satisfactory standard, wasn't a massive amount of choice but was always something nice to eat. The All inclusive cocktails weren't great and they only offered the cocktail of the day on the all inclusive rather than the whole menu. Both bars did offer paid drinks which were branded and cocktails being proper ones you'd expect in a cocktail bar. There were two swimming pools, one at the back of the hotel and the main one next to the bar and restaurant. Both of the pools were absolutely freezing but there was always a Sunbed free, not sure this would be the case in the busy season. The entertainment was fun and they made a real effort to keep people entertained. This included darts competitions, ping pong, football tennis, quizzes and games etc. As for the area, it was an absolute ghost town, everything was shut, we didn't realise this but ventured into Zante town on a couple of occasions which was great! About a 15 minutes taxi ride away. There was a small stretch of beach very close by, at the back of the hotel and a short walk away, sandy beach and beautifully clear water. The only real negative that somewhat impacted on the whole trip was the wasp problem in the hotel grounds, they were literally everywhere!!! Harassing you all day, every drink spilt trying to swoosh them away! I understand this is nature and not necessarily the hotels fault but it really did ruin the experience. Maybe they could look at some traps or some sort of pest control! Never experienced this in any hotel even in the hot summer months. So to conclude Diana Palace had a lot of positives, definitely wouldn't return but appreciated the hard working friendly staff and the customer service. Many thanks.

We had a great two week stay at Diana Palace hotel in the middle of October. Our room was lovely (529) with a marvellous sea view from the large balcony. You could watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. It was a junior suite with a large walk in shower and big comfy bed. Enough storage for a couple and cool air con. We had booked direct with the hotel so had the air con (when needed) and room safe included in the price. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels when we needed them. Only niggle with the room was a low level constant noise which woke me up on the first night and I couldn't get back to sleep. Reception didn't know the cause but it seemed to me it could have been some part of the overall air con system (maybe fans above the room) though our air con was off. Didn't have an issue after that night because ear plugs blocked the noise. The staff were friendly from the cleaners, restaurant, reception and garden maintenance staff. The bar men were great and a credit to the hotel. Mustafa in the quiet pool VW van bar, Stathis and Zenel in the main pool bar and Markos in the lobby bar where all very friendly, speaking to everyone and making people feel happy. They remember who everyone is and the drinks they have too. Great service with a welcoming smile and a chat. We never had an issue getting sun beds by the quiet pool. We always went after breakfast though others would turn up and get sun beds much later without having reserved them. One of the few hotels that we've been to that had a table and parasol for every two sunbeds as well. Food in the restaurant was good. Not as much choice as some other hotels but what there was we found very tasty. My wife is vegan and had more choice than she would normally have in other hotels which was great. Food was labelled to let people know of allergies and if vegan/veggie. We never had an issue getting a table and it was clean and well laid out. The staff cleared the plates and set tables very quickly. Drinks were nice. Good local beer in the bar and good measures when we had the shorts. Cocktails aren't included in the all inclusive except for a cocktail of the day that was available all day til 6pm. You could buy other cocktails at any time and they were cheaper from 6pm to 9pm. The hotel wasn't full as it was getting to the end of the season but there were still quite a lot of people. The surrounding area was quiet and bars and restaurants had started closing up especially in our second week. We did go to Zorbas restaurant nearby in both weeks which was a lovely restaurant, good food and quite a few vegan choices. Big portions so watch out if you don't eat a lot! We watched the footy and rugby in Mind the Gap and Beer Academy both of which are right by the hotel. They had lots of cocktails and Mythos in ice cold frosted glasses. A great stay for the two weeks and we would love to come back to Diana Palace in the future. Thank you!

Not the best holiday. Stathis and Zenel on the pool bar were awesome. The entertainment by Eleanor was fantastic. They deserve 5 stars. The hotel was clean and easy to negotiate around. However there were several things that brought down this review:- the food was pretty bad there was no selection for my son to eat and we ended up going across the road to eat 4 out of 7 nights, the one night it was good and looked wonderful was the night the hotel was taking pictures for the website. That night we had a prawn tower, also had a variety of fruit; melon, strawberries, grapes, kiwi - the other nights we had apples and pears. The food some nights was cold too. I did complain to the hotel about the food when I had to take my son out for food for the 3rd time and they told me they varied the food but it was very samey and not much there for children. The season ends at the end of October so everything was shutting down (Argassi was a ghost town with only a supermarket, a tourist shop and 2 restaurants open) but the hotel is advertised as open until 31 October and we paid our money same as everyone else. Also there are not enough sunbeds for everyone the first 2 days we didn't get a sunbed and had to get up before breakfast to get a sunbed, this changed at the end of the week as guests were leaving and not being replaced as the hotel was shutting for the season the day after we left. After this holiday , I would never go on holiday in October half term again!

It's 100% the staff that make this hotel , Stathis and Zenel in the pool bar are friendly and efficient without being intrusive .Markos at the upper bar great also . Concierge Ian arranged a couple of trips out for us and car rental very efficiently and a lot of good advice on where to drive . The girls cleaning the rooms were always polite and friendly happily working around us if we were in the room . If you're looking to relax and sit by the pool for your holiday this hotel is fine . The food is good, restaurant staff attentive but unobtrusive, have paid more for worse food elsewhere . Suggest checking out beaches nearby on google maps as you may need to travel for anything special .

What a place :) Genuinely warm and friendly staff; namely Stathis the pool barman, Eleanor the entertainer, Markos at the inside bar, and Zanele in the evenings. We love all of them, were made to feel so welcome and it really added to the enjoyment of the holiday. Every meal had plenty of choice and was tasty and well prepared. We ate so much! Waiting staff were always attentive, polite but not overbearing. Plenty of choice for All Inclusive drinks too. The premises are clean and comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel!

What a lovely holiday! I went with my sister, my adult daughter and her friend. It was an end of season last minute trip and we were just looking for somewhere clean and good value but it was so much nicer than I had expected. The Diana Palace staff made us feel so welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean and our accommodations were very comfortable indeed. Though not the no.1 all-inclusive holiday I have ever had (I paid a LOT more money for that one!) the Diana Palace was definitely very good. There was a wide variety of Greek and International dishes every mealtime and we didn't get bored with the selection of food on offer. We didn't expect much in the way of entertainment as it was so close to the end of season but there was a daily afternoon quiz, water aerobics, darts competition and three evenings of live music including a Greek themed night. I would certainly recommend the Diana Palace in Argassi to anyone wanting a great value all-inclusive holiday.

This is a pleasant hotel but definitely not four star as listed. More like three star. The staff are great, efficient, friendly and polite. The food is ok, some items a lot better than others. Desserts are often fluffed up cream on a base with some flavouring. Drinks are generous and include spirits as part of the all inclusive deal. There are two pools, both very clean but very cold. No problems getting loungers in October, was told that the hotel has been enlarged and very difficult to get loungers in high season. The smaller pool is quiet, bigger one has loud music playing all day. Our room was comfortable but with a very small balcony. Couldn’t sit out during the day as constantly in full sun, an awning would be a nice touch. Bathroom was very small, not cleaned thoroughly although towels were replaced regularly. Daytime entertainment is darts, aquacise or boules. Brochures make it look as though there is a good beach, not true at all, you have to travel if you want a beach. A few guests had no idea how to behave in public whilst we were there, not a good advert for the UK! Obviously not the fault of the hotel. An ok holiday if you want to lie by the pool for a week.
