We wanted to stay near Kutna Hora so found this on [--]. The hotel on the outside and inside is quite handsome with a large open lobby and spacious, updated rooms. We were to have air conditioning and were very disappointed that the one room that may have had one once no longer worked and another room obviously had never been set up for it. The desk clerk said she had told "the boss" about the error on the website, but he obviously had done nothing. There was also supposed to be a refrigerator...not so. The train station is described as "not far" from the hotel, but that is not the case if one is walking. So, all in all, too many misrepresentations to trust this hotel and perhaps the [--] website again.
