We needed to stay somewhere near Frankfurt Hahn airport, since we had to stay there for 20h before our next flight! As we are students we decided to find smth cheap and not far as we had big bags with us! It was written that hotel is 2 km from airport but it is more! We tried to walk there... more

The male receptionist was fast asleep when we arrived, almost understandable as we arrived after 11pm. Check in was easy although in retrospect I wish I hadn't opted for the breakfast, but at €4.50 each it wasn't such a loss, I just don't like to be confronted with strong smelling meat in the morning. Econo-Motel Gölzer is a perfect little place to spend a night after a late night flight into HHN. It's only 30 EUR for a single, the motel is new, high speed internet available for free. more
