The hotel is a huge building and a little run down after all this years. It feels as a classic "living machine" quite crowded when all the guests are swarming around the lunch bufet. This was our second stay at the Radisson Blu in Beitostolen. It is everything we would want from a ski hotel. Large, comfortable, clean, practical, plentiful good food, good rooms, good service, stunning views on both sides, and best of all, a genuine stone's throw from the 2 main ski lifts. This is a big hotel in the mountain resort of Beitostolen. Do not expect it to be cosy and intimate but otherwise it is a well performing full service hotel which we found very pleasant. It is an ok hotel. The lobby fools you in a way, letting you believe the whole hotel is in a luxurious modern mountain-style,,, but it is not! The rooms are ok, but dated, typically 1990's, but- with new bathrooms- which makes it better. The "SPA" is only open certain days, so we did not get to try it. Next... More

We love Beitostølen and the atmosphere of the whole place. I must admit that Radisson Blu Resort does not exactly fit into the local building style - but there are other benefits to us outsiders.
