Had a really great time in this hotel. This is the best hotel in nainital. The rooms are awesome and the service was good. this is the hotel to stay if you are going to nainital... ! The service was excellent and the cleanliness was excellent... The lake view from the hotel was fantastic.. There was complete privacy.

The hotel is located bang on the Mall road. Great location. The staff was polite and accommodated us where ever possible. Decent service. Plus: Perfect Location, Awesome views from third and fourth floor, Near to market area, Nice staff (waiters,guard), Online Booking Minus: Better lighting can be done inside the rooms, Multi-plug extension shall be provided to the customer. I stayed from 23 to 26 May 2013 in room no. 32 and I will recommend it to all my friends....! Enjoy....!

For the money they charge they can do better Food : Good but very expensive Room : Need for better lighting inside the rooms and more plug points please. A good hotel with very good view and good staff and service, The location and the view of the Hotel is excellent, the lobby is small but very decorative. The main market near stadium is a walking distance of 2 minutes. The staffs are very polite and very friendly.
