Rooms, service, and food were good. It is a little away from Mall Road and lake. It could be good or bad depending upon your preference. The hotel does not accept debit/credit card. This is inconvenient.

It is quite far from the lake but pick up and drop facility provided by Hotel Staff is good. Rooms were okay, not too clean. I could see the dust and spider webs here n there. Good viewed hotel in Nainital, can be more interesting if you like to see Nainital lake from height of Mount N' Mist Nainital. This hotel was suggested by our tour organizer Good Times Holidays & Adventure (India) & they told us that this hotel is on height of Nainital near Rajbhawan road. But I enjoyed the food & surroundings.

There are n numbers of things which one will dislike 1. It is far from the mall road around 6 km with bad road. I visited with family in June 2012. The description and pictures given in the website is deceptive. It's looks are very humble, no open space, no verandah, no sit outs!! The rooms are too small though they are compensated with great bathrooms. The staff is very amicable. They readily upgraded my room to their biggest room for a nominal upcharge.... More
