Second time at the hotel this year and forth time altogether. Once again from the minute we arrived until we left the staff were excellent. (the bellboys Sanjit & Raja were very friendly). We arrived in the hotel Christmas day and where appalled by the standard of the accommodation that was represented to us on a web site as being 4 star .
