We gambled to stay at this Hotel firstly because it was just for a night, and secondly for the location in front of the bay and near to Gibraltar... but it was not worth it. The hotel looks much better in the photos at booking but you will be terribly disappointed when actually getting there. It looks worn and dated,... more

La Linea is not, yet, the posh place in Andalucia- fairly run down due to its historic past. With the new domestic flights to GIB airport from Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao starting this summer- more people will arrive to La Linea- and the area will blossom in a few years. if you want to explore some "old" Andalucia this is... more

I wouldn't stay here again even if it's free! Our room stank of sewage! The reception staff was very abrupt. No smile, probably because the whole area is just depressing! It felt like we were somewhere in downtown Baghdad! The sea view was good but being situated along a major road and the sea was actually a bit too much.... more

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2007. When we arrived the underground car park was full but there is plenty of parking in the hotel vicinity and it's free. Our room was big and the beds were comfortable. The air-con didn't work very well and the room could get quite hot during the nite. The en-suite bathroom was... more

The hotel was clean and aduequate for our stay, however, we made the mistake of getting some laundry done, only 9 normal items of clothing, I wanted them washed and ironed, they arrived back 3 days later after having to ask what had happened to my clothes, they had been washed but not ironed. On departure we were handed a... more

This is a fairly small and basic hotel, however it's clean and comfortable - if you dont need to spend alot of time in the hotel and will be out and about, then it's a good place to rest your head at the end of the day. When we arrived, the staff were helpful but we were allocated the wrong... more

I was part of the small group from Virginia in the previous review. As well as the problems previously pointed out, there were electrical issues. When we turned on a hair dryer the power would fail in the room. Tried unsuccessfully several times. Would not recommend this hotel unless you were desperate. more

This hotel was probably farther away and more inconvenient than any other hotel we have ever stayed in. The photo on the internet is misleading - you think you will be much closer to the Rock. The Med. was across the street but the windows were so dirty that we could not see it. Also the town had construction fences... more

This small hotel is located around 15mins walk from the Airport at Gibraltar and is situated to the right side of La Linea, along the seafront. From the Hotel there is not much view of the Rock, but the sun rises directly in front of the hotel and shines brightly into the breakfast room. At my time of staying (Jan... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we were quite pleased with it. The hotel is across the street from the beach in La Linea and we got a room with a balcony and an awesome view of the Mediterranean. We arrived by bus to La Linea and we walked over to the hotel, which was a bit... more
