This hotel was fantastic... very modern and still new, very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant was excellent with typical food from the area and the continental buffet breakfast was also good - especially the chocolate croissants!! Just got back from this hotel and have to say we are very very happy with every aspect of this Hotel. The owner was very helpful and the actual infrastructure was a pleasure to stay at. Stayed in the Hotel for 4 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with service, food & room. Had a beautiful room with balcony which looked up towards Mt Etna which obliged by erupting on one of the nights and we were treated to flames and lava coming out the top - spectacular!
