Full disclosure...we paid $25 for our hotel room. It's *kind of* hard to complain when that's all you've paid, but seriously the whole complex kind of grossed me out and our room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the site. See photos below! We were lucky enough to be able to use the Check In kiosks. The people... More

I made a reservation for non smoking WorldClub room for 2 nights but was given a room on a smoking floor instead. In addition, the WorldClub check-in queue was closed and I spent almost 2 hrs waiting to check-in from 5am to 7am. The automated check-in kiosk is not available after certain hours. Room was very basic despite the size.... More

The Hotel is one of the biggest in the world and the theme park is fun for kids. Check-in is cumbersome with big Que and waiting area for about 200 people. The room we booked online was quite cheap but when we entered the room, we discovered why. The room was so basic, even college dorms would be better. The... More

Okay so its a 6,118 room hotel so expected a long wait to check in. Amazingly we were done earlier than I expected, the system was very efficient. We were given a better that I expected room, considering the price we paid for. It was very cheap. The room is bigger, ours was facing the mountains . There's a separate... More

It is located at the end of my coach/bus stop. Which is at the basement of the hotel. All the attractions and shopping centres are near the vicinity. IF YOU want to go to kuala lumpur or sunway lagoon, there is a taxi and bus services that will take you there in less than 40 minutes. the room is reasonably small... More

I was checking in to this hotel on 26/12/2011. It took me 5 hrs to check in to my room, the "Kiosk check-in Machine" was not friendly user and it rejected my IC few times, forcing me to take a long queue to take my room key. Dust, spider web can be easily spotted on the carpet, ceiling, mouldy floor... More

The hotel has spacious rooms, two kingsized beds for the family. These were club rooms. Very reasonable compared to india. Lots of activities for families / kids. One outdoor theme park and one indoors. There is a gaming zone also if you have not had enough of the other two. Lost of rides of all types and shows etc. We... More

We stayed at a standard room located on the 20th+ Floor. We arrived from a shuttle bus from Singapore. The hotel is just beside the terminal - check. It is a huge building so you can't get lost - check. Reception is huge, very looong reception table. You have to wait in numerous seats but service is ok - check.... More
