I don't think the staff were comfortable with English speakers, and although our group were booked in for dinner I was quite rudely turned away from the restaurant until our Group Leader came and sorted things out. Should have stayed away. The food was terrible at dinnertime and breakfast was just as bad as it all looked liked rehashed dinner. Easily the worst hotel of my trip in China more
