Just returned from staying in these apts. We requested a low floor thank goodness we did (travelled with buggy) as there are lots of steps up from reception and no lifts to higher floors. There is a side gate which is better for access as to avoid the stairs! Reception only open certain hours but staff very helpful and friendly.... More
