Great location in old town, less than 5 min walk to main beach and strip in new town. However, no air conditioning (you can rent fan from desk for €16 per week not much good but better than nothing) very noisy, you can hear people coming and going and their voices seem to travel throughout the open planned hallways and... more

really liked costa volcan, 24 hr reception, fab views of sea and pool. fab pool lge with baby pool. also some extra features at pool jets etc. plenty of loungers. near everything. middle of old and new town. there was a restaurant there never ate there. pool bar did snacks and drinks. Nice apts. had everything you need. very clean.... more

arrived in the evening time - not enough staff on reception for check-in - ( 2 buses had arrived from the airport), also there was a mix -up with the keys for the appartment - where some customers were given keys that were already allocated - ( so pretty embassering opening the appartment door to find another couple already there.... more

I must say the apartments are top class very clean and airy but lets talk about the pool bar ,it is terrible ,staff no customer services ,no choice of food the only thing they seem to have are burgers and more burgers , i reckon you would have better... more

I stayed at Costa Volcan with my girlfriend and my friend and his mom/dad. We had rooms above the pool and the rooms were great. Nice standard och it was bigger then expected. From the hotel it took about 5-10 min to walk to the beach, and 2 min to supermarket and bars/restaurants. The shopping centre was 5 min walk... more

Like for two star in very good standart, the room and bathroom clan, towels changed every second day , cleaned dialy . Quaiet noisy but if You tried Your will be sleep like a baby and better aks for a room on the top floor with view on swimming pool, You will get everythink in the kitchen is fridge, katle,... more
