It has been the worst experiences that I have had in any hotel... there is nothing like hospitality and three days of my stay were filled with trouble.. ultimately I checked out and stayed in Ginger which is much better. Rooms were stinking, matresses too thin and uncomfortable. Cockroches in the room... bad housekeeping... .. avoid this hotel.
The hotel was a no frills hotel with decent rooms and prompt service. The food was tasty but the service at the restaurent was very slow. Hotel makes up with its good location and proximity to the business centre in Jamshedpur.
