First of all, The staff of this hotel are exceptional, well above average. The hotel has dramatic architecture but not if you want sunshine on your verandah. The food however is pretty average and is always cold, as are the plates. Hence norovirus erupts and nothing changes! Get a grip before you empty this hotel!
