The rooms were overpriced, but the owners were so charming. Natives of Mykonos, they run it themselves.

Close walking distance to everything.

Rooms were not really modern, but really clean and homey.

The outdoor areas and view were amazing.

With a group of four girls, we walked around looking for a hotel, and got lucky with this one.

Try and negotiate the price.... more

Comments based on an upstairs room

Location
Roughly 5 minutes walk from the harbourside in Mykonos Town; significantly further from the main ferry docking point. Extremely steep, busy hill + some steps to climb

Owners
Extremely friendly & helpful. No formal reception area - you will need to advise arrival time to ensure someone is there to let you in

Rooms
Generously sized and well lit. Furnishings and decor are simple but of good quality, well maintained and clean. All rooms are enhanced by the owner's own original artworks. Do try to get an upstairs room if you can: balcony with glimpses of the sea through waving bamboo is lovely.

Bathroom
Small & basic but gallons of solar hot water, in the evenings at any rate which is a big plus. And yes, there is a shower curtain!

Food and Drink
Tea & coffee making facilities + fridge provided in rooms. No breakfast or other meals served.
