Le Saint Laurent is nestled in the centre of the medieval village of Saint Laurent Les Arbes, ideally located for exploring the stunning scenery of the Gard. We enjoyed two day trips, firstly via nearby Chateauneuf du Pape and some of the other wine villages in the area; the second day a drive through the Gorges de l’Ardeche – a... More

I have stayed here many times and have found this hotel to be charming, the service excellent, and the area very interesting. It is nestled among the vineyards of the Cote Du Rhone wine, including Chateauneuf-du-Pape(famous red wine comes from here). The hotel is more of a "Chambres d'Hotes" - French name for Bed&Breakfast, of the superior variety - than... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and came away feeling very relaxed and rested. The village itself is small, but picturesque. The hotel is in the centre and was so quiet. We had a warm welcome, and were in fact upgraded to a suite. The room was a very good size, with a large bedroom and sitting room, although the... More

A wonderfully peaceful hotel with a superb ambience, good facilities, individuallly decorated rooms of great comfort and taste. There is a very good buffet breakfast available and it is centrally placed for the wine tours of Lirac, Tavel and Chateaneuf. A small spa and pool are available with a sun terrece to relax. We took our daughter and her fiance... More

Stayed here one night based on website and reviews. It is near Avignon ( 20 minutes away) but actually is a very small village. There is basically only a cafe that closes at night and that is it. The hotel was charming with great service and they had a good breakfast that was quite pricey- be careful. Parking and access... More

The hotel is in a pretty, quiet village and is a great building. Some of the decor is fascinating and quirky, but as we had a very small room and bathroom, we found it all too fussy and cramped. We looked for a safe in the room and found it in a dark corner of the cupboard, where there was... More

I remerber this guest. I think the problem was that they never ask for any thing. Closed car park : you just have to ask at the reception and we give you a plce. Parking outside : all the street and the place is for the hotel so I think you've got place to park Room : You book this... More

We stayed for 2 weeks and this was a most pleasurable stay. We wanted for nothing. The silk covered walls were just fantastic as was the rest of this most wonderful hotel. The owners were a mix of 'quirky' and generously hospitable. I would put this hotel on any wish list. ENJOY

We stayed two nights in September - not nearly long enough. This place is elegant, unusual, and laced with fine touches of humor - rather like its two savvy owners, who certainly know how to make guests welcome. I am 82, and while there felt I might be reverting to 22! The morning we left, I awoke not feeling well... More

We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. They let us enter the room earlier than normal as it was luckily ready and we were shattered from travelling. The room we had was a suite, and was decorated with luxurious wallpaper and fabrics. It had a small sitting area and a separate bedroom, with a bath... More
