What a fantastic B&B - the 5 star rating given to this B&B is fully justified - the rooms are perfect in every way - the whole property is immaculate and the service is impeccable. The hosts, Pat, Sarah and their Girls are all lovely people and make you feel very welcome and is if nothing is too much trouble.... more

Date: July 2nd, 2008 Reviewer: Mr Philip Wilson, Bridlington UK I stayed at Tan-yr-Onnen for 1 night whilst on business in the area. I can honestly say that it was probably the best B&B I have ever stayed in in 16 years of business travel in the UK. The other guests were on holiday and I'm sure enjoyed their stay... more

With a party of five other walkers doing the Offas Dyke long distance footpath, we stayed overnight at Tan-Yr-Onnen. This is a five star AA rated guest house and they made a mistake, it should be six star. Sara and Patrick the owners made us immediately welcome and showed us to our three twin bedded rooms in the self contained... more

Stayed here this weekend - you couldnt ask for a nicer Hotel ! Sara and Patrick (and daughters) give you a warm welcome you would expect from a family member - a warm homely feel and little touches like fresh vases of flowers and toys in the room for children. We stayed in the aptly named Poppy suite, living area... more

Chose here for my family to stay when i was getting married. I also stayed the night prior to the wedding. The owners, Patrick and Sara, are excellent, very welcoming and as for the rooms, well they are better than any 5 star hotel. All newly fitted out, fantastic bathrooms. The breakfast is all freshly cooked to order, large selection... more

We booked a couple of days here and discovered a real gem. The owners Sara and Patrick are very welcoming and friendly ( coffee and biscuits on arrival with them) and the accommodation is first class. We stayed in the Poppy suite which has a bedroom, living room and an ensuite which is bigger than my house ! Everything is... more

Our luck was in when we chose this B&B from the Green UK B&B Book. What a gem!!!!!!! The quality of the facilities and extras provided was unsurpassed during our holiday in the UK. We felt so comfortable and treated like family by Sarah, Patrick and the girls that we amended our travel arrangements to include a return visit even... more

This is without doubt the best B&B I have stayed at, and I would urge anybody looking for accommodation in North Wales to book into the Tan–Yr–Onnen. The breakfast is fantastic and consists of homemade bread locally produced sausage and bacon, free range eggs and gorgeous black pudding along with fresh fruit salad and as many different types of juice... more

Our family of 5 just returned from a week's vacation in North Wales, staying at Tan-Yr-Onnen Guest House. The accommodations were absolutely perfect in every way. We took 2 rooms (a suite w/ sitting area upstairs and a double room downstairs). Everything is new and immaculate. The bathrooms are large and spotless and the beds are so comfortable that we... more
