This was our "homebase" for our 5 days of sightseeing in Bavaria. The staff was fantastic - very friendly and polite. The facility is deceiving - there's actually an extremely large sporting facility attached to the complex. My only complaint is that I had to wander thru the dark to find the workout facility. more

Very nice place. clean... and very nice staff... Good location to see more then Munich. Good place to homebase... The rooms are all different sizes and shapes, as this place built up over time. Breakfast very nice.. My new home in Bavaria more

I made the reservation through the Best Western webpage and the reservation stated I could cancel it through January 16. However already on January 9 my credit card was charged for the whole stay! We stayed for a week and could not fault the service,the accommodation or the food ( food - yum!). The staff were so friendly, not one passed without a smile and a greeting. Requests were actioned almost before you had finished speaking. Have not had a bad Best Western yet in several continents. This was our first visit to Bavaria... more
