The Patriot is a clean, quiet bed and breakfast in the heart of old-town Trnava, not far from many churches. I stayed for 9 days on a business trip, including a break over Easter. The staff was helpful in recommending churches to visit.
Most of the staff speak English. The food is very good, with a wide variety. The rooms are very clean and modern, with international cable TV and high speed internet. I've stayed in two of the rooms, and they were both large, two-bedroom apartments.
The prices are very reasonable, especially the fare which includes the evening meal. They also offer a 30% discount for last minute, same day bookings.

All in all, a great place to stay!
