This was our 4th attempt to find a nice country place to stay not too far from Yeovil which we visit on business 3 or 4 times a year. Our first impressions were good - nice countryside and quiet village with green and impressive church spire. The outside of the hotel/inn was also in keeping and our hopes were lifted.... more

Amazing... what a little find. There are only 7 or 8 rooms and the hotel is a perfect country retreat. Rooms were simple but stylish in decor...a lovely boutique hotel to spend a weekend discovering Somerset. As an added bonus it is located in a lovely quiet village and the rooms over the look a green. more
