Hotel rooms were dated and with paper-thin walls, ceilings and floors - but we spent little time in the room. Services - wellness, swimming, saunas, child care - well-rounded, clean and relaxing. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Good time to visit is mid-January - not too many guests.

Plus: Beautiful location, surrounded by mountain peaks, ideal to spend a relaxing vacation. Free access to indoor and outdoor pools (all year long) and sauna area (multiple choices). Nice hotel with plenty to do.The private spa is very nice.Rooms are simple but cozy.The breakfast buffet is one of the best i ever see!!!Almost too much!!!Food in the restaurants are good.In town is not much to do.The water in the pool could be few degrees warmer-).We will go back for sure....

I stayed here for a week. The room is a very minimum style. Small bathroom, only enough for 1 person. No fridge available (you need to rent for CHF5 per day). Their excuse was to make the hotel green. No kettle to make tea either. But they provide you with 2 bottle of complimentary water, just on the first day... More

stayed there in Feb (during the swiss ski holiday). the hotel is immaculate. a little strange to have to walk through the parking garage to get to your room (in a bathrobe coming back from the pool, for instance) but otherwise great. Stayed with Landal is in this park for the second time. Excellent location, good and spacy appartments, clean. Good swimming pool, especially outdoors in the snow. Plenty of things to do in the area. Small ski lift for small children. Nearby skiing for grown-ups in nearby Stoos.

The Swiss Holiday Park is in a unique setting atop Lake Lucerne with one of the more impressive views in Switzerland. The location is certainly excellent, rooms are OK and clean but there's a number of smaller annoyances. Things like the very expensive internet (sorry - I expect that to be included these days), lack of dual language on the TVs and not being offered a non smoking room (didn't realise they even had smoking rooms so didn't think to ask)....
