This is one of the best places I've ever stayed in. It's full of character and the owners are just wonderful. It is right on the waterfront with a little area to swim/sunbathe just across the road and the train station is a few minutes away should you want to explore other towns along the lake. I couldn't recommend Frontelago...

The lake of Como itself and the nearby area offer the best in skiing, windsurfing, hiking and bicycling.
