The location of this hotel is great right on the lake. Regrettably the rooms are poor and needs urgent maintanence. It is not a bad hotel but it needs some renovation, badly isolated (they still have single glass window) and very noisy. For the rest it was ok; breakfast basic but good.

I would stay at other locations around Lake Maggiore, but if you have a conference at Ispra, this location seems to be the best. Don't expect much in terms of room amenities: no clock, 1 lamp, no comfortable chair, small TV, and very small shower. Lots of storage, but not very useful these days when you bring only 1 suitcase!... More

Bad experience. Beautiful view, but ugly rooms and very bad service. Never again.

Great Hotel: fantastic views from front facing balconies (ask for these rooms!) over small harbour, lake and mountains, 30 second walk to the lake shoreline, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, reasonable rates: strongly recommended

It's a 3-star hotel. Great view over the lake and very friendly staff. Rooms are anyhow not the best ones you can imagine.... Nothing special to remember, but at the same time nothing too bad... Average, let's say. Good value.
