We stayed here for a week, during the off season in May. Helpful staff, and you're left pretty much to your own devices. It's clean and the bungalows spacious. Our room was cleaned every other day or so.
Great that it's self catered, but the nearest decent food shops are in the main town, a 20 minute trike ride away....

A small quiet service friendly resort. Nice location directly to the beach.
We stayed at The Bruce after a particularly bad experience at the Coral Cay Resort. The bungalow was spotless and was great value for money. Decent location on the beach with good views of the sunset. The staff were friendly and the restaurant, Sylvias, was very good. All in all a very good stay.

This very small resort has only a few rooms available, but if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay this is for you. It's located a few kilometers West of San Jose, close to the Coral Cay Dive resort. They also have a nice swimming pool which is a big plus. Most of the units were rented...
