Eleana studios offer basic accommodation on the edge of Skala. The rooms were large, with a South East facing balcony. Cooking was restricted to a twin ring hotplate and a small kettle, but a reasonable fridge. The shower and toilet were OK though it was impossible to shower without some water on the floor! A common problem in Greece! Our room was kept spotless by the Greek maid who came daily, Saturdays excepted. Our room fronted onto the main road, so we had road noise to wake us in the morning, other blocks were more remote. The communal pool was clean and quite large enough for swimming. The pool bar was open 10am to 6pm and supplied drinks and snacks. Air conditioning was available (7Euros/night) by contacting the Hotel Marietta next door ), which also had a late night bar.
