This review is about the ground floor studios at Areti, specifically number 2, cannot speak for upper floors.
On opening the door of the studio on arrival my wife and i were overpowered by the smell of a mixture of decay, mildew and damp all emanating from below the kitchen unit. my wife opened up one of the doors and the wall was running with condensation and falling apart as a result of the damp. during the entire week although we left the unit's doors open when we were out and sprayed the area with 2 air fresheners the smell remained.
The shower cubicle was so small that you could, if you felt like it, have a shower, shave and the other all at the same time!
Part of the enjoyment of a greek holiday is sitting on the balcony enjoying a pre and post dinner drink and admiring the view. The view from this studio was a brick wall as the owners had built a house right in front of the studio blocking the view and most of the light.
