Stayed for a long weekend with some friends. Yes there were queues for the bar by the pool but never to a point where it was worth getting upset about. Found the staff friendly enough (surprisingly if you are polite to them they are polite to you). Plenty of choice of food. The All Inclusive was certainly value for money.... more

We stayed in the Apartments which are just to the side of the main hotel. Positives - great location next to the beech and with our own pool, which was of a high standard. Las Arena's restaurant is the best of the eateries. Apart from that there are a few too many burger bars all day breakfast establishments. Negatives -... more

Have just returned from our second stay at Hotel Miami and we had another lovely relaxing holiday. Checked in at 12 noon, room was ready so were allowed to go straight up - very nice lady on reception. Have never met such unfriendly staff, continuous queue at reception, unhelpful, had to wait three hours to get in room when we arrived at 10.00 am in unbearable heat, air conditioning not working properly downstairs. We returned to Hotel Miami after 5 years and it was even better. Great room overlooking the sea, Maid had cleaned out our room while we were down having breakfast every morning.
