“Substandard service for Starred Hotel”

I booked this one because it is new. But other than that, my stay there wasn't totally satisfactory. The room isn't very big (just normal). Since it was raining and a bit cooling, otherwise I should have tried their swimming pool and other facilities. Things they have to improve: my room wasn't ready until 3pm when I arrived at 2.... “Noise insulation problem”

I stay at 10 - 11 april 2013 , at the morning of 11, noise problem from toilet were found, Noise at daytime from upper floor, the sound insulation from upper floor should improve. The service is good. The windows and the columns of swimming pool at 29F is rusty and dirty when look outside. Should be improved

“Great design”

Room is spacious. Room ambience feels comfortable. The sauna is great as it is situated on the high floor with a great view over the border. Very good overall. There is very good enviornment , food and service at Terrace restaurant. The seafood soup is very delicious. Hotel is connected to Banyan Tree.
