WE have just returned from a trip to China and included Macau in our itinerary for a trip to the Casinos..Yes the Beverly Plaza is close to the old casinos and yes the room was quite big compared to others in this part of the world. BUT it has nothing to offer you if you speak English and if you... More

Overall, the hotel has a great location as it's just opposite the old and new Lisboa Casino and other casinos. It's is also within walking distance to Senado Square. The size of the room is big as well. My only complain is the bed.... it's as hard as a rock. Not much difference if you would to sleep on the... More

Checking in was horrible. Girls in the front desk cant speak english at all, and were so rude. I cant understand chinese so they start yelling (hoping i would understand better). Even when we were checking out, thier machine wasnt working so they wanted me to pay cash. Lame. We got to stay in the older tower and had the... More

The lobby of this hotel is considered small compare to the other major hotel in the city. Maybe, it is under construction. We stayed executive room. We were amazed when we reach the room. It's spacious, corner lot and higher floor - 18th. The staffs are very friendly. This is a 4-star hotel, i personally think that bell boys should open... More

Hotel's location is quite tricky because it is somehow "hidden". However, it is walking-distance from the more famous Lisboa Hotel and Wynn Hotel. Room is a bit dark. Bathrooms - be prepared to see a WINDOWED BATHROOM - for the viewing pleasure of your companion in the bedroom. It kind of made it feel like it is a MOTEL where... More

Bad experience staying here. The toilets were smelly and the bedsheets had stains. The extra bed we requested was creaky. Its plus points are its location which is in the center of all the major casinos and the free internet access it provides. More

A relatively okay stay for 1 day. Nothing to complain about, but nothing fantastic about the hotel as well apart from the location of it. There is a direct bus (public transport) to macau tower. A taxi ride to other attractions (ruins, fort, etc) don't cost much (considering I booked this hotel, I must be on a budget but the... More

Hotel is in a great location to get around Macau - can walk museum, St Paul's etc. Staff were good, breakfast ordinary and beds very hard....so hard they hurt when you rolled over. The rooms were very big, a bit tired but clean and everything worked. If we stay again we might try suite room and see if beds are... More

My rating for the hotel is a 2 star. Very unhygienic and unfriendly (rude) staff totally ruined our experience in the hotel. We checked in at about 2 PM and requested a king sized bed but got a room with 2 twin beds. We requested every single day of our 3 days at the hotel and got rude replies. 1... More

Shuttle bus between Macau ferry terminal and this hotel is 30 minutes once. The timing was good during our departure from the hotel to ferry terminal. This hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to Liboa hotel and casino. The breakfast was held in a multipurpose hall. Limited variety! Our room was spacious. It looked old though. There are two...
